You will only be charged after the order has been fulfilled (shipped).

For Canadian Addresses:

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over $89 (before Taxes and/or discounts). Subject to change without notice.

Estimated Standard shipping times: 2-6 Business Days

We currently offer the following shipping rates within Ontario and Quebec:

  • Free Pickup at Toronto Downtown: This option will appear at checkout if your shipping address is within our designated pickup area. Our pickup location is a secure, designated spot in Downtown Toronto.
    The pickup address will be provided via email once the order is ready. Pickup appointments are required to ensure a smooth and safe process. To ensure your order is released to the correct person, you may be asked to show your order confirmation email and/or valid ID.

  • Standard (2-4 Business Days): $8
  • Expedited (1-2 Business Days): $15

All other provinces have discounted carrier rates calculated based on your location in Canada. We try our best to provide you with different carriers options, so you choose what suits you.

For USA Addresses:

We currently offer the following shipping rates:

  • Standard and Expedited: We aim to provide you with best carrier rates calculated based on your location

VERY IMPORTANT: Non-Canadian residents might be subject to additional customs collected by their respective country. Belliona is not responsible of this fee, and the customer will need to pay it upon delivery.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. You will be charged once the order is fulfilled. This processing time is not part of the shipping estimate. Shipping times start from the moment your order is fulfilled, and you receive a confirmation email.

We base delivery times on normal delivery conditions. As a result, delivery times are subject to change without notice.
